national day was spent at work. all white on eve,all black on national day. :D

i eat when im bored when im happy, when im sad,when im angry, when im bad. i eat whilst watching tv, whilst surfing the net, whilst talking on the phone, even during lectures.i also eat when i am in distress. i seek solace in comfort eating, eating makes me feel refreshed.
